Dan Chandra

Mr. Chandra brings over 20 years of experience in value, distressed and special situation investing.

Mr. Chandra is a partner and portfolio manager for the special situations strategy at Clear Sky Advisers, LLC.  Before joining Clear Sky, Dan was a senior investment professional at Lion Point Capital, a New York-based hedge fund focused on value investing.  Prior to Lion Point, Dan spent 8 years at Brevan Howard and its credit arm DW Partners where he had various roles in its special situations and distressed arm, including as a senior analyst, head of research and lastly, portfolio manager.  Earlier in his career, Dan held investing roles at Brencourt Advisors and Clinton Group.

In addition to his primary duties, Dan serves on the Board of Directors of Tamboran Resources, a natural gas development company focused on the Beetaloo Basin in Northern Territory, Australia.

Mr. Chandra earned an AB in Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
