Omar Khawaja

Omar Khawaja is a Founding Partner of Clear Sky Advisers, LLC.

He previously worked at Luminus Management, LLC where he served as Director of Operations since 2016.

At Luminus, Omar was responsible for managing treasury, middle and back office operational functions, as well as relationship management with Luminus’ Prime Brokers, Administrator, and other service providers. Previously, Omar was the Director of Operations at Luxor Capital. From 2007 to 2009, Omar worked at Old Lane as a Senior Associate in Operations. Prior to joining Old Lane, he was a Relationship Manager in Prime Brokerage at Bear Stearns. He also has experience working at Deutsche Bank, where he focused on client service, risk analysis, technology projects, and operational controls for the Synthetic Equity Trading Desks.

Omar holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Hofstra University.
